How much is a taxi from Phuket airport to my hotel?
It depends on the route and the car. Short transfers to the beaches and Phuket Town start from 999 THB per car for a sedan, 1,199 THB for an SUV or MPV, 1,499 THB for a minibus and 1,999 THB for a VIP minibus. The price covers fuel, tolls, the airport pick-up, a child seat, waiting time and free cancellation up to 6 hours before pick-up. Pick your destination in the booking form and it shows the price of each car.
Where will the driver meet me at Phuket airport?
International arrivals: Gate 2, the meeting point next to Exit 2. Domestic arrivals: Gate A. A flight from another Thai city is domestic, and anything arriving from abroad is international.
What if my flight is delayed?
Put your flight number in the booking. The driver follows the flight, so a late landing does not cancel the pick-up.
How many people fit in one car?
A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with luggage, an SUV or MPV up to 4, a minibus up to 9 and a VIP minibus up to 8. You pay for the car you choose, whatever the number of people inside.
Do you work at night?
Yes, 24/7. An early landing or a late flight costs the same as a daytime one.
Is the price higher around New Year?
Yes. Trips from 24 December to 5 January cost 400 THB more per car. The booking form shows the final price for your date.
Can I book a ride back to the airport?
Yes. The driver collects you at your hotel at the time you agree and drops you at the departures hall. When you book, give the hotel name, a map pin and your flight time.
What is included in the price?

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancelling is free if you cancel at least 6 hours before the pick-up time.
