Prices are per vehicle in Thai baht and include fuel, tolls and the airport pick-up. The number of passengers does not change the price, only the car you need does.

From landing to your hotel

Which part of Bang Tao is your hotel in?
Bang Tao is one of the longest beaches on Phuket, about 6 km of sand on the west coast, and addresses along it are spread out. Layan Beach continues to the north with no clear boundary, and Surin Beach lies to the south. The Laguna Phuket resort complex is in the Bang Tao area, and Boat Avenue, a shopping and dining street, stands by its entrance.
Two hotels at opposite ends of a 6 km beach can be several minutes apart by car, and a big complex is easy to get wrong without a pin. Send the hotel name and a map pin when you book. The driver then knows which part of the coast he is heading for before you land.
The drive from the airport
The airport sits at the northern end of the island. The car joins Highway 402 heading south, then leaves it in Thalang district and turns west toward the coast through Cherngtalay. The whole trip is 18 km and takes about 34 minutes in normal traffic, which is roughly half the time a transfer to Patong needs.

Landing late, or landing at 2 am
Transfers run 24/7, and the price is the same at any hour. On arrival your driver waits at Gate 2 next to Exit 2 for international flights, or at Gate A for domestic flights. He tracks the flight, so a delay or a slow immigration queue does not lose you the car.
Fast Track is an optional service at the airport and works on arrival only. If you land after midnight, tell your hotel your arrival time so that someone expects you.
Choosing the car for a hotel or a villa
If you are sharing a villa, count heads and bags before you pick a car. A sedan takes up to 3 passengers with luggage. The SUV / MPV takes up to 4. The minibus takes up to 9, and the VIP minibus takes up to 8 in a premium cabin. The price follows the car, not the head count, which means a full minibus costs no more than a half-empty one.

Yes. The service runs 24/7 and the driver follows your flight number, so the landing time and any delay do not change the pick-up.
